Properties of a sintered clutch disc:

→ high heat resistance

→ withstands extreme temperatures during heavy use or racing. Higher coefficient of friction

→ transmits more torque with the same clutch pressure. Longer lifespan compared to organic discs.

Drawbacks: tend to engage more abruptly (less comfort), can be noisier, and may cause more wear on the clutch disks.
